Pradip Shah has over 30 years experience in IT. He has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from IIT Madras and has worked for many companies such as Texas Instruments and Synopsys, writing software used by chip designers. For the last few years he has been instrumental in building and scaling Magento websites. He has been able to put his vast experience in working on system software and linux to understand deeply issues with performance and scaling websites in general, Magento in particular.
He presents some of his knowledge helped by a deep analogy with road traffic to make it easy to understand.
